Westminster ICE announces the 2nd Annual In-House Basic Skills Competition!

  • Open to current Learn to Skate students in the Basic Skills levels, or skaters taking private lessons from a Westminster ICE Staff Instructor.
  • Skaters must learn a short routine set to music of their choice.
  • Skaters of all ages are invited to participate, and will be divided by age and level to make it a fun and enjoyable experience for all.
  • Every participant will receive an award!
  • The competition will be held on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 from 5:00-7:15 PM. Entry applications are due by Saturday, May 19, 2018.
  • A special promotional package is available for first time private lesson students. Ask your class instructor for more information!

Three easy steps to participate:

  • Talk with your private lesson coach about creating a competition routine set to music. If you do not have a private lesson coach, talk to your class instructor or any other Westminster ICE staff instructor regarding private lessons. A few private lessons will be necessary to learn a routine that will be used when competing.
  • Visit the Westminster ICE Box Office to sign up.
